The short version
- The tools run in your browser. What you type or paste is not sent to us or to anyone else.
- There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no third-party scripts.
- We do not set cookies. We save four small preferences in your browser, described below.
- If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply.
What you enter into the tools
The tools use JavaScript libraries that load when the page opens. After that, the work happens on your device: the page reads what you typed, runs the library and shows the result. We never see your input, and we do not keep a copy. Files you download, such as a CSV of your results, are created on your device too.
One thing to know: the WhatsApp and click-to-call generators put the number you typed into a link. That link is only as private as you keep it. If you share it or publish it on a page, the number is in it, and when someone opens a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp receives that number.
What we save in your browser
The site remembers four small things so it can pick up where you left off: the last few tools you opened, whether you prefer the grid or list view of the directory, the default country you chose in a tool, and whether you like npm, yarn or pnpm install commands. They are saved in your browser's local storage on your device and are never sent to us. The "Clear history" button on the home page removes the list of recent tools, and you can remove everything by clearing the site data for this website in your browser settings. We never save what you type or paste into a tool.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. The pages load nothing from third parties: the scripts, fonts and images all come from Online Playground itself. If that ever changes, we will say so on this page and on the pages it affects.
Server logs
Our web host, Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), delivers the pages. Like most hosts, it may keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address, the page you asked for, the date and time, and your browser type. These help keep the site running and secure, and they are handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). We do not use them to identify you.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other sites, for example the documentation of a library or WhatsApp. On the library pages, when you press Download, your browser gets the file straight from npm or the jsDelivr CDN, and those services can see that request. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle data.
If you contact us
If you write to support@onlineplayground.site, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply and to fix the problem you told us about. We do not sell it or share it. Please use made-up examples, not real phone numbers or other personal data, when you describe a problem.
Your choices
Because the tools do not collect personal data, there is usually nothing to look up or delete. If you have emailed us and want your messages deleted, or you want to ask what we hold about you, write to support@onlineplayground.site and we will deal with it. We do not sell personal information.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this page
